How we process website and newsletter data
Grigorescu Partners uses limited personal data to operate this website, respond to enquiries and manage newsletter subscriptions requested through our forms.

Data we collect
When you use the newsletter popup, we collect the name and email address you enter, the selected language, the page or article context, the related offer, the subscription date, and the consent version/text shown at the time of subscription.
When you contact us, we process the contact details and message content you choose to send.
Why we use it
Newsletter data is used to send legal updates, articles and resources about energy, transactions and regulatory matters in Romania, and to keep evidence of the consent given. Contact data is used to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis
Newsletter communications are based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Contact requests are processed to answer your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a professional engagement.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses strictly necessary browser storage for site operation, security and remembering your privacy choice. If you accept optional storage, we may also remember local preferences related to newsletter popup display. With your optional consent, Google Analytics measures visits and actions such as newsletter subscriptions and enquiry submissions. We do not send names, email addresses or enquiry contents to Analytics. Marketing cookies are not used.
Storage and access
Newsletter subscriptions are stored in a protected CSV file on the hosting account. Access is limited to people who manage the website and client communications for Grigorescu Partners.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law and context, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also contact the competent Romanian data protection authority.
Retention
Newsletter data is kept while the subscription remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed to evidence consent or handle legal requests. You can ask us to unsubscribe or delete your data at any time.
Energy Transactions enquiries
Energy Century XXI SRL handles intermediation and financing facilitation enquiries; Grigorescu Partners handles separately requested legal services. Contact details, role and project information are used to review the request, contact you and prepare a possible engagement, on the basis of pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, legitimate interests in managing enquiries. Access is limited to the responsible team and hosting providers. Documents and data are not disclosed to investors or financing providers without an agreed disclosure framework.
Enquiries without an engagement are reviewed after 12 months for deletion or justification of retention. Engagement records follow applicable legal and contractual periods. Marketing is optional and separate, based on consent that can be withdrawn. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object, subject to legal limits, at horia@grigorescupartners.ro; you may complain to ANSPDCP.
GA4 measurement is enabled only with consent for optional storage. Enquiry events do not include names, email addresses, SPVs or documents. Refusing consent does not prevent submitting an enquiry.
